Hailing from Miri, Sarawak, Amin Aznizan founded Kedey Kamek 6 years ago as a platform to promote and showcase the best of Sarawakian food and cultures, and not just another food business. Under the company AnakMiri Sdn Bhd (previously known as Cinqasa Sdn Bhd), Kedey Kamek has since then grown to 7 outlets throughout Malaysia and continues to conceptualise and introduce new brands to promote unique Sarawak gastronomy experiences.
Apart from Kedey Kamek, Amin is also the Group Executive Director of SMTC Global Incorporated, Founder & CEO of CQ Music Sdn Bhd, and the Executive Director of Borneo to the World Sdn Bhd.
Amin can speak 5 languages (including French, Spanish and Mandarin) and enjoys generating new ideas, often while scrubbing the kitchen floors.
