I am a highly skilled Chef with a good leadership skill. I am creative and eager to always try and implement new ideas. Have been in this field for over 30 years in various capacity in the culinary department. I am especially specializing in Pastry/Bakery/Chocolate work. I have just opted for an early retirement (1st May 2022) as an Executive sous chef with BCCK to focus on my own business (Sumur Country Kitchen by Chef Binyas). I have good knowledge of Food Safety Management System. Have always been Food safety team leader.
