Food Innovation
Strengthen your current skills or recipes, and further develop your culinary creativity and innovation to commercialise new food products, processes and services. Learn from the experts and indulge in discovering the myriad of native Sarawak ingredients and our unique cuisines.
Business Fundamentals
Develop your business fundamental skills, from digital marketing to accounting and finance, to better manage and grow your food business. Learn from experienced and successful foodpreneurs and digital food service providers as you design your growth & digitalisation plan.
Market Development
Sell and test your market (or a new market segment) for your product. Access commercial spaces during the program for you to prototype and experiment, conduct sales and leverage on a network of partners and community to cross-market and sell your products.

Who is this program for?
Are you the foodpreneur we are looking for? If you fit the following criteria, apply now!
- minimum 18 years old
- managing owner of your food business
- you and your business must be based in Sarawak
- your food business must’ve been operating for at least 3 months
- able to travel and willing to commit fully to the whole duration of the programme (29th April to 3rd July 2024)
- able to be based in Kuching during the programme
- open-minded, eager to learn, adventurous, ready to meet new people and brings to the table a dash of fun and madnes
- passionate about Sarawak and what Sarawak has to offer
- has interest to participate in festivals, markets, food fairs or equivalent
