Lee Swee Lin is currently the Head of Enterprise at Leaderonomics, overseeing the community enterprise unit consisting of MAD for Good, Leaderonomics Clubs and MAD Asia.
In 2016, together with 2 university friends, Swee Lin co-founded PichaEats, one of Malaysia’s leading F&B social enterprise serving delicious meals made by refugee Chefs in Malaysia. Since operating, PichaEats has partnered with more than 35 Chefs from Syria, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Palestine, Iraw and Pakistan to serve more than 350,000 meals, and given back RM2.5m to the Chefs to ensure that all Picha Kids receive an education. In recognition for their effort, PichaEats and its cofounders have been recognised as The Edge Inspiring Young Leaders, Tatler’s Gen-T, Forbes 30 under 30, just to name a few.
Swee Lin currently runs her own F&B business consultancy on the side.
